When I was in Pakistan, one of my sister in laws who is from Afghanistan got me in to eating some dried mint on maggi noodles. Actually it tastes very good. She even made it for me mostly when my tummy was not feeling very well and she always liked the chicken flavor.
However any type of noodle and brands like knorr, chings, shan, indomie, and not just maggi. Any flavor can be used too and not just chicken.
If you want you make Anda Bhurji (Scrambled Eggs With Vegetables), go ahead and make this first. If you want just plain egg then wait until noodles are done and add the egg.
In a small pot bring 4 cups of water to boil, add 1 seasoning packet and 1 cake of the noodles. Some of these noodles like chings and maggi and indomie comes in packs but maggi and chings are not packed individually then packed in to a bigger package like indomie. After the noodles are done then you can add either 1 egg while noodles are still boiling. Just crack the egg and add it if you wish or the anda bhurji. If you are using a raw egg wait until it cooks then shut the heat off.
If you made the anda bhurji for this recipe then add it when noodles are finished after you shut the heat off and garnish with mint. It can be either fresh or dried.
One thing mint spoils quickly. After buying the fresh I wash them stick them in a baggy and toss them in my freezer and it will stay until I use them.
Like a lot of my Egyptian friends would say is bel hena which means enjoy in Arabic.
