I fried an egg as you can see If I wanted I would fry two or more eggs and make 2 or more parathas. It depends on how many people who I have to feed. I sprayed the cast iron with cooking spray. To the egg I added either 1 pinch of vegtea seasoning or pink salt, 1 dash of adobo or 1 dash of seasoned salt and 1 pinch of red chili powder to each egg I was frying. I made 1 egg at a time.
Put each egg on each paratha and place your choice which is purely optional which are 1 slice of cheese, or 1 tbs of yogurt, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of onion or you can add Peshawari Tomato Chutney, Green Chutney, Peshawari Pudina Chutney, Peshawari Raita or Raita With Manzano Chilis.
