I love both fish and suya. Both of those flavors are so addictive. I used tilapia here but this can be used on any type of fish. The flavor is a party in my mouth going on. First preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit or 180 Celsius. Either make or use of homemade Suya Paste and crush 1 clove of garlic and add all over the fish. Grab a cookie sheet and take a sheet of aluminum foil and place it on the cookie sheet.
Add 1 tbs of olive oil and spread it evenly everywhere. Place the fish with the suya seasoning on this aluminum foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flip and turn for another 15 to 20 minutes. Check the links below for suya spice recipes.
