Gizzards On A Stick

Actually this is the very first time I used a broiler for a very long time. The last two stoves I have used did not even have a broiler pan underneath. However I took liberties to buy a broiler pan set that I desperately needed. I mean was In dire need of one until I got it. I told Mr. Riaz that I had it on my wish list. You can buy them at Target and Walmart for nearly $40.00.
I let Mr. Riaz know too that this is ours after it came that I am not leaving it anywhere. I spent money for the house because it is a very much needed item. It is not for bullshit.
Wash the gizzards after letting them thaw out in the fridge overnight after taking them out of the deep freezer. From here season them with either 1 tsp of either white, apple cider, balsamic, cane, wine or rice vinegar. Add either 1 pinch of sea salt, kosher salt, pink salt, vegtea seasoning, bullion, Goya seasonador, adobo or seasoned salt. Skip the liquid smoke or chilis if you are using the infused sea salt.
Add 1 drop of hot sauce or 1 chili in place of infused sea salt that has chilies in it. Add 3 dashes of liquit smoke if you are not using smoked sea salt. Add 3 dashes each of Worcestershire sauce, and maggi or knorr aroma. Add your choice of Mrs. Dash seasoning. Add 1 tbs of either butter ghee, pumpkin seed oil, almond, oil, avocado oil, safflower oil, hemp oil, hazelnut oil, flax seed oil, sunflower oil, macadamia nut oil, vegetable oil, canola oil, corn oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil.
Chop 1 onion or shallot in to big chunks and place with the gizzards. Mince 2 cloves of garlic and add them too. Place some aluminum foil on the broiler pan and there are two options after spray with cooking spray. Preheat broiler to high and thread gizzards to the skewers along with the onion or shallot. Place on broiler pan and and broil on low for 20 minutes. Turn and keep repeating until it is done. Second you can take all of these gizzards and onion and fold this in to a packet and place in to a broiler and broil for 20 minutes and repeat until they are done.
Enjoy with naan or chipati.
