Heys, I have a actually a lunch meat salad post for you today. It can be either hot or cold. It is 1 can of zabiha halal lunch meat that I put in a microwave safe bowl after I mashed it up.
To warm it up in microwave is 1:30 meaning 1 minute 30 seconds or if you want it cold then add 1 small onion or shallot chopped.
Add 1 pinch of adobo, seasoned salt or vegtea seasoning, 3 tbs of mayonnaise, 1 tbs of mustard, mix and add 1 drop each of hot pepper sauce wich is optional, maggi or knorr aroma, 1 pinch each of thyme, basil, oregano, tarragon.
Give it a final mix to blend. Eat it on toast, bread or crackers. It can be open faced or as a regular sandwich.
Enjoy!!!
