Hey ya peeps, how are you? I think this spice mix is very special. I have a sister in law that is Aghani and I really want to impress her about my knowlage about Aghan cooking. She is a very sweet lady and when I got sick she took care of me a lot.
Anyway this post is short but sweet because this masala does not have that many ingredients but it does its job quite nicely. I use a mortar and pestle but you can use what it is comfortable for you. You will need 1 pinch each of black peppercorns and cumin seeds, 2 cloves and 1 each of a small broken piece of cinnamon stick, green and black cardamom, Grind in to a very coarse powder.
This is going in to my next post and every other Afghani pulau dishes.
