Hello peeps how are you doing? However let me tell you a story because it is another skincare item that can be made in the kitchen using food items like a facial mask if you remember this post.
I have horrible allergies for those not in the know and I had a horrible breakout issue from a rash. This one in particular wouldn’t go away and wouldn’t stop itching.
Mr. Riaz nearly took me to the emergency room Allhumdullah my doctor’s office was open. I had the breakout that was happening at the time I got my mother’s grave marker and the rash got worse.
This happens to me when I go outside and it has been happening for over four years. The Doucebag Donnie was rolling back the protections and this is how it happened even our air is affected by this.
I pray President Biden is working on this because people like me suffer badly. My doctor gave me some steroid on a card where I had to take one row one day another row the next day and so on. The pills got less and trickled down until I had one to take.
Does this seem familiar to some? This is not the first time this happened to me where I got sick and had to take it. Another time it was for bronchitis.
This time this medicine did a number on my skin making it dry and crepey. Honestly this cramped my style alot. I feel time has caught up with me telling me haha that at my age it is time for me to start looking like an old washed up hag.
My skin also felt uncomfortably dry and I looked up on the internet about how to deal with crepey skin. I found this recipe and I am doing my own version of it. Folks do not forget this is not to eat even though it is made from things used in the kitchen.
It is 1 oz olive oil and 3 generous pinches of turbinado sugar. From here you can leave it as it is or use just a tiny pinch of dried flowers if you wish and I have some arnica flowers. By the way make sure this doesn’t get in your mouth when using. Also you can add 1 pinch of turmeric too because it is also very great for the skin.
Directions for use is scoop out a tiny amount on to your dry palms then rub together and use it for face and body by massaging it in to your skin and rinse. If using it on your face use a clean washcloth in warm water and go to the inner part of your face and wipe outwards towards your ear down your nose and across your forehead and chin. Keep rinsing the washcloth until there is no more residue on your face left then proceed by using your favorite cleansing cream, witch hazel as a freshener, and your favorite moisturizer.
I use cocoa butter and shea butter as a moisturizer. Besides I was told by a dermatologist that I have dry skin. I had a horrible breakout then too and I had to see her. It took me over a year at that time for my skin to become right again.
I was told from my youth that I have great skin. I tell them thank you and they don’t know what I am going through about my skin. I also inform them my skin is sensitive and I have a bunch of allergies. They look like I am pulling their leg. I say haha fat chance I wish I was but I really am not and infom them the jokes are on them. Sorry but not sorry and I am being cheeky in every sense of the word.
Please try this out and let me know how your skin looks and feels.
