I have seen this around the Internet once. It was on Instagram, YouTube and the various blogs I read and I came up with my version. The bronchitis bug is still bugging me but however I have a taste for Nigerian eggrolls this time made with plantain flour.
Nigerian Plantain Eggrolls And Pap
Now the link above is for has the cornmeal and plantain version of Nigerian eggrolls which was my challenge from so you think you can cook on Facebook.
Now on to the recipe. In 1 cup of water I added pinches of zobo (hibiscus) flowers and boiled it till i got a nice color.
I added 1/4 cup of white pap to a bowl
and strained the tea I made using a strainer to the pap and mixed it.
I put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. I stirred it and added it to a slightly bigger bowl because I needed my immersion blender because it is so easy for me at this point because the antibiotics are knocking the stuffing out of me.
I addded 1/2 cup of milk, 4 tbs of honey and 4 dashes of cinnamon. I blended till smooth then in microwave for 2 minutes. Turninado sugar and agave nectar can also be used as sweeteners.
