Mince Stew

Here is another stew recipe I think I know you may like. It is so simple that it goes like this. In a blender I added 1 tomato, either 3 green onions, 1 shallot or onion and 2 cloves of garlic chopped, 1 habenero or scotch bonnet, 1 red bell pepper also chopped with 1/4 cup of water for ease of blending. I blended it and set it aside.
I added to a pot on high heat 1 oz of red palm oil and the blended pepper mixture to make my stew base. I added 1 pinch each of thyme, crayfish,dawadawa or curry powder, basil and I stirred.
I added 1 bullion cube, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma. I rinsed and drained in a sieve 1 kilo or 1 lb of mince also known as ground meat. The types used can be beef, lamb, chicken, goat, turkey or veal. I added also 1 pinch of uziza leaves. I cooked it until It was well done and no longer pink.
Eat with either pounded yam or with rice.
