I am going to cut to the chase of this recipe because It is so simple that only a few ingredients are used. It was also whipped up at last minute because Mr. Riaz was hungry and I did not feel like cooking. So here it goes and this is how I did it.
In a wok or skillet I added 3 tbs of olive oil, 1 onion or shallot cut in half moon slices. I let these cook until they were slightly brown. I added 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 1 tomato chopped that I cooked until it was mushy. I added 1 packet of noodles of any kind with its seasoning packet. I stirred and added 2 cups of water and cooked until noodles was done.
I ate this with a can of fish of choice which is optional. Enjoy.
