Homemade Hot Mustard Sauce

Actually I wanted to make some hot mustard sauce which is a popular condiment to go on Chinese dishes. This is a Chinese restauarant staple and it is served with a soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce as well. I have to go and get a bunch of fresh appricots or plums to make some sugar free jam so I can use a little of this for a sugar free sweet and sour sauce which will be a future post. I had this with some combination fried rice that I made is the brown basmati rice version that you see in the background along with some salmon jerkey which is absolutly the bomb and the oolong tea is nice too along with what I was eating.

The brown basmati rice I bought from an Indian and Pakistani grocery store while the salmon jerky and the oolong tea I bought from Amazon. For the recipe take 1 pinch each of pink salt, white pepper, 3 pinches of dried mustard powder, stir and add 1/2 tsp of either cane vinegar, lychee vinegar or rice vinegar. Mix in to a paste and serve with your favorite Chinese meal.

The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.
