Sugar Free Sweet And Sour Sauce

Actually I have posted the original recipe of this sweet and sour sauce on either All Recipes or Food.com site but I was not getting any notices at all whatsoever and I got very frustraited. I even tried to delete the recipes from these two user sites to no avail and ok I am doing a suger free version here so it can get noticed. You can use either sugar free plum jam or apricot but I have not done the apricot jam yet so I do have plum available and here is the link to the right. >Homemade No White Sugar Method Plum Jam. Also you can buy the sugar free plum or apricot jam in the store if you do not want to make jam at all.

This you can put together without really cooking it and add 1/4 cup of jam either plum or apricot, 3 tbs of agave nectar, 1 pinch of chili flakes or 1 whole round red chili crushed, 2 pinches either of pink salt, kosher salt or plain sea salt, 1 clove of garlic ground in mortar and pestle, 6 capfuls of either white vinegar or cane vinegar. Mix and store in the refridgerator covered and serve with any fried rice dish, egg foo young, fried noodles or for use when making sweet and sour shrimp, sweet and sour beef, or sweet and sour chicken which I am going to tackle in future posts and if doing this then you may have to double the recipe.

The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.
