Sugar Free Rasmalai

Hello again this is an old archive picture that I am working with and this is my ras malai recipe. Welcome to it and welcome to my page. Also welcome to my group in Facebook Benazir’s blog a cooking guide. Also welcome to my Twitter, Tumblr, Linkedin, Instagram and my youtube channel as well. Oh I have a Discord too and my youtube and Discord username is khanbibi. You will need to make my Paneer (Cheese) a day in advance first.
The rest of this will go easy from here after you make my paneer then you crumble it in to a bowl and add to this 2 strands of safferon, 1/4 of a tsp of agave nectar or sugar free syrup, add 1 green cardomom and crush it in the mortar and pestle and add to the paneer mixture. MIx very well and add 3 tbs of nido or another milk powder and 1 egg. mix it and then make it in to a large ball. The egg will make sure that it does not break apart in the milk and the ras malai will hold its shape better.
In a pot on medium low heat add 1 quart or 1 liter of milk and add 1 drop each of alcohol free essence and kewra essence. Put 2 green cardamoms in mortar and pestle and grind and add to the milk. Add 5 tbs of agave nectar or sugar free syrup. Let the milk come to a full boil stirring occationally being careful not to scorch the milk. Add 5 pistachios, cashews, peanuts or even almonds blitzed in a mini processor then add to the milk with 2 strands of saffron. Shut heat off and break off pieces of this paneer mixture and form it in to small circles and they should be a tiny bit bigger then marble size. Dop it in the hot milk and turn heat back on to let it cook for another minute just to make sure the egg in this now formed balls of egg and paneer mixture is well cooked.
Let this cool completly before you place this in the refridgerator and let it finish get nice and cold like the next day it is enjoyed as a desert.
