Different Types of Moo Shu

Hey folks this is a recipe that has a few links and this is how you are going to go about this. I have no other choice until I try again how to make moo shu pancakes. You will need Chinese Five Spice My Way, Chapati, or Whole Wheat Soft Tortillas. If you make either chapati or whole wheat soft tortillias then just make sure they are made small and add to the wok with 1 oz of either peanut, corn and canola oil on high heat in to a wok. Add 1 drop each of chili oil and sesame oil.
Add 3 green onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger chopped. Add the Chineses five spice powder, 1 drop of either soy sauce, dark soy sauce, tamari or panzu. Add 1 pinch each of pink salt, msg or bullion, 3 dahes of maggi or knorr aroma. Stir and add your protien of choice which is 1 lb or kg of either lamb goat, chicken, fish fillets, shrimp deveined and peeled, veal. Stir fry the meat and add 1small piece of green papaya and grind it in mini processor then add to the wok or 3 pinches of shan meat tenderizer. When I said chicken I meant chicken breast that is boneless. Meat gets cooked for 45 minutes on low heat covered and chicken breasts takes abouot 20 minutes with the wok covered on stovetop. Shrimp and bite sized pieces of fish fillets only which are any that are in fillet form.
Add also 1 drop of rice syrup for a hint of sweetness and either rice or Chinese black vinegar while cooking. The fish and shrimp usually take no time at all. Remove and place inside a pot and make sure it is off the heat then raise the heat again to stir fry some Chinese vegetables of choice. As you can see mine is pea pods. Make either a small chapati or even the tortillia and make sure they are small on a hot tawa. Remove and put them on a plate and assembly is like this, Take the chapati or tortilla and add a tiny bit of hoisin sauce and siracha if you like it with a kick and place your veggies you are using. It can be others too as well be it broccoli, bok choy juilliened carrots stir fried eggplant, your protien of choice, fold over like a taco and enjoy. Vegans and vegetarians can add this link here Fried Bean Flour Tofu Soy Free. This is the link on how to make fried tofu on the left and you can assemble it just like the meat and veggies.
