Turkish Fava Bean Recipe

Hi folks I want to apologize about the mix up of the photos in the middle eastern lamb stew recipe. I looked on Facebook for more pictures that I did not write a post to and I found many. I do not remember how I have made them originally so I am going to wing it especially this one. I just want to say to you my readers sorry because it is a right thing to do and I am a highly ethical person. I am so honest that my honesty gets me in to trouble with a lot of folks and I loose friends because of this. If no one apreciates me for my realism then it really is too bad but I am being for real here about my mistake with my post and I am correcting it now.
We covered pide that is pictured here and this is another varient. I have been putting search bars all over the place so you my peeps can look for a particular recipe here. It is a handy navigational tool that I employ along with my archives and catagrories lists. Also I am trying to make money from my blog via the donation form and the thingy with the adds. Please watch the ads to the very end because this also supports me as well and please do not use an ad blocker. I appreciate it and thank you.
Now for the recipe now the elephant in the room has been dealt with take 1/2 bag of fava beans and 1/2 gallon or 2 liters of water unseasoned and place it in an instant pot unseasoned for 25 minutes. Make sure it is on sealing and you press pressure cook the time and start. When it shuts off place the steam diverter on top of the vent and let it release naturally. When pressure is gone it is safe to open the lid. First you may want to press the quick release button just in case. Open the lid and check the beans and the liquid. From here add Pepper Paste, 1 pinch each of paprika, red chili powder. 1 pinch each of peppercorns and cumin seeds to grind in mortar and pestle, 1 pinch either pink salt, seasoned salt, vegtea seasoning kosher salt or even sea salt, 3 cloves of garlic 1 onion or shallot. Place the lid back on sealing and repeat then you can turn on the sautè function by tapping the sautè button and the time should be 5 minutes. This time the cooker is uncovered and it would reduce the liquid in the beans so keep stirring. This time add 1/4 cup of olive oil only and add 1 pinch each of either mint, dill or parsley.
Top with a garlic yogurt sauce coming right up and eat with pide in the picture. Do not forget you can mash these beans then use an immersian blender to make it like it is in the picture or leave as is. Before you do this though, remove the inner lining with the food in it and place it on the counter. After you are finished then you can place it back on the cooker base and add your finishing touches which would be the olive oil and whatever herb that is mentioned that you aer using.
