Bastrima And Fried Egg

This post is relitivly very easy without me having to write it down and you can eat this even with aish which is Egyptian bread. It is similar to pastrami. It is also wildly available in Middle Eastern grocery stores. I know a couple of places who’s owners are Palistinian. One being Farm City and two being World Fruit market. Both are on Devon Av and this is where I buy mine if I want some. However I do not get it so often because It is extremely salty. With this you can either add 3 tbs of corn oil, vegetable oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil even and place the pieces of bastrima that you want to eat. I would do at least 2 slices and then fry 2 eggs and put some hot sauce on my eggs when I am done frying them. I put 3 more tbs of oil and crack 1 egg at a time and place the lid over the wok or cast iron skillet on medium heat and keep checking to see if my egg is ready to flip. I am not keen on sunny side up eggs where the white is cooked only and the yolk is raw still. I like mine cooked all the way through. Sometimes I break open the center to cook the yolk faster then I take this and put this on my plate with the bread and bastarima and cook another egg the same way and I am done. The post I am going to do in the near future Inshallah will go great with this and you can have a nice hot strong cup of coffee or some plain black tea too if you wish with this. Bel Henna!!!!!

The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.
