Beef Suya Kabab

Hey my peeps sorry for another mistake that I quickly discovered and had it on the wrong page and luckily it was not the main item but this time I seen it is none other then beef suya from an old Facebook post and OMG I had abour I think nearly 200 pictures which I am turning in to posts. It is a good thing I am blogging because now I can answer your burning desires by asking me, “can I have the reccipe?” Now I am saying: “yes you can have it.” I am going to let you have these recipes now and I am going to let you know how I made these in vivid detail without holding anything back.
There is a lot and it is taking me sometime to do so let me tell you this one here is an absolute breaze. You can do this in an oven, broiler or an indoor barbecue grill like an electric George Forman which I have and many others have as well. I bought mine from Amazon. First you need to make this Suya Paste or go buy your own yaji or suya spice ready made from the store if you prefer. Then you take 1 lb or 1 kg of beef that is cut in to bite sized cubes. Rince them and then add 1 bullion cube, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma. 2 pinches of meat tenderizer in case if the meat is tough or add 1 small piece of green papaya and make a paste out of it by using a mini food processor. Add the suya paste from the link I posted or use your store bought yaji aka suya spice.
Thead these on to a skewer like a kabab and in a preheated oven of 400F or 200C for 20 minutes on either parchment paper or silpat. If broiling by placing it on a grill pan at the bottom or using the electric grill use a sheet of almuninum foil to keep it clean sprayed with cooking spray. Put these on the foil lined broiler pan and stick in the broiler for 10 minutes and repeat until they are done. If grilling on an electric then turn the dial to 5 and place the suya kababs and cover the grill. Cook for 15 minutes then turn and repeat until they are done. With the broiling and baking too you are supposed to turn also. Enjoy this with any jollof rice. quioa, fonio, gari, bulgar or pasta dish. It can be eaten with coconut rice and beans or even the Nigerian beans and rice, concoction rice or fried rice dishes too. Last but not least you can also enjoy with a nice green salad or even the Nigerian vegetable salad too.
