Butter Baked Fish

Actually I seen a post on how to do the similar thing I am doing but mine is a lot different in a lot of ways. I think the way mine turned out and not someone else’s to me tastes a lot better. It is because my hands touched it and no one else’s hands had. I was distracted because I looked at my hands because they are very crapy because they are always in to something. Either that I am doing laundry by hand which I always do it is because I do not trust the washing machines and I definatly do not trust other people when it comes to my food too.
One of my nephews was being exremly cheeky when he asked me how come I don’t like anyone else’s food but mine I immediatly shut him up because mine tastes better and he knows it too because he eats his fingers when I cook. Everyone does including his mother who actually is the worst cook in the family and can’t even cook her way out of a paper bag even if it was to save her life.Even her children rather eat out from a fast food resturant then eat her foul cooking. Actually she is jealous that I am a way better cook then she is. Well I am not going to take all of the credit as far as who is the best cook as concerned. There are several of us Bhabis’s meaning brother’s wives in Urdu that can really cook, I am one of them and they love when I cook too and there are 2 others that cooks very good as well.
But only one of us is a food blogger and cooks all sorts of different ways and that is me. The jealous one makes everyone sick with her food including myself. She doesn’t know how to use a cooking range otherwise an oven, also and she was also eating her fingers when I cooked something. When I cook something I believe in sharing not being selfish. I mentioned in an earlier post that all of the seasonings has to be just right and not so much of ghee or oil salt and masala to make you and everyone sick. Do not get me wrong masala is great and I can not eat anything without it. I have my limits and you see this in each and every post that I make. I am happy I made miss thing eat crow and like it.
I am just like that someone makes me mad I get even so that is that and now hear is the recipe you are waiting for. You will need 1 1b or kg of any type of fish it can be either fresh or frozen. Also this will work for whole fish too but you may have to clean it before putting this in the oven. You can buy a fish scale remover from Amazon which is where I got mine from or use the front end of the spoon upside down and this is a concave shape not flat. Work your way down from tail to the head and therefore you are removing your scales from the fish. Take a boning knife and slit the belly of the fish open and remove the insides. Rinse under very cold water and set aside. Add 1 capful of lemon juice all over and in the fish’s cavity.
Add 2 garlic cloves smashed and peeled. Place in mortar and pestle to grind and smear this all over the fish inside and outside as well. Place in the refridgerator and make Niter Kibbeh. When this is made then take the fish out of the refridgerator and place it on a silpat lined cookie sheet and spear this niter kibbeh all over it and inside as well. With the rest of the onion or shallot take and slice in to thin half moon slices and place in the fish’s cavity under over and around the fish itself. Add 1 green chili chop that and do the same you did with everything else plus add 1 pinch of turmeric powder and 2 pinches of bullion powder or 1 bullion cube and make sure this is all over and inside the fish as well and 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma. Place in 375F or 190C degree oven for 20 minutes and you may need to flip and this time it is for 10 minutes when you put it back in the oven. Serve this with either injera or even sorgum or millet grains.
