Turkey Burgers

Actually I have made this twice before and this is my own recipe and I am dealing with only ground turkey and nothing else in this recpie that I am keeping it simple. It is a simple dish and you will need 1 lb or 1 kg of ground turkey. Here you have to actually do a rough chop of 3 stalks of celery, 1 onion or shallot 2 cloves of garlic and put in a food processor. Turn it on by pulsing. You do not want this to turn to purè or worse yet juice. Remove this and put in to the ground turkey and season it by adding to mortar and pestle 1 pinch each of sage, and peppercorns. Grind until it becomes a coarse powder and add to the ground turkey mixture. Add 1 pinch each of thyme, tarragon, chives, parsley, lovage, rosemary and marjoram. Mix and add either sea salt which can be either plain or the infused type, seasoned salt or vegtea seasoning. If you are using the plain sea salt then you can add 1 drop each of hot sauce and liquid smoke, 3 dashes of worcestershire sauce, and add 1/4 cup of panko or even all purpose unbleached flour and an egg for a binder.
Mix very well and you can at least do several things which are: 1 being on a high heat make either a cast iron skillet or wok on high heat take 1 golfball sized piece of the ground turkey mixture and with damp hands shape in to patties. Add 1/4 cup of either avocado oil, corn oil, canola, oil, vegetable oil or peanut oil and add to the cast iron skillet or wok 3 patties at a time until there is no more left. Cook dor 3 minutes per side and flip and repeat until they are done. Place the cooked burgers on a paper towel lined plate and repeat this process until all of the patties are cooked. This is the stovetop method.
The oven method is taking a baking sheet and place either parchment paper or silpat on a cookie sheet and place the patties on it and place it in the oven which is 350F or 150C for 15 minutes. Instant pot method is placing the parchment paper or silpat inside of the air fryer basket and placing the patties inside about 2 or 3 at a time and place air fry lid on top and select bake at 351F for temp and 15 minutes for time. Repeat until all patties are cooked. Also you can broil in instant pot too for 12 minutes by selecting broil on the cooker itself while the air fry lid is attachted.
One more method is grilling on my electric grill I will lay down some aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray with the temp at 4 that I arrange the patties on there which whould be 5 at a time and let cook for 10 minutes and flip and repeat until burgers are done and there is no more ground turkey mixture while keeping track with an external timer which is either on my stove or microwave. This would be for any method other then instant pot.
This is heavenly to eat with cranberry jelly and a baked potato. I really hope you like this dish and oops a nice green salad will be lovely with this dish as well to balance everything out.
