Squid Broccoli And Brown Rice Vermacelli

This is a most delicious dish ever and really enjoyable. This is my own personal recipe and I am going to show you how it is made. First you will need to boil 1 gallon or 4 liters of water in a huge pot like a large coldero or a small stockpot. While that is going take 1 lb or 1 kg of squid and pull out the tenticles, remove the eyes and beaks then look inside and you see a long thing looking and feeling like a piece of plastic. It is really kind of like its backbone. I started cleaning and cooking squid when I was in my 20s. I bought a box then because it was inexpensive.
Everything now is expensive and it is everywhere. Place the cleaned squid pieces in a bowl and keep going until there is no more left to clean. Check the water to see if it is boiling then add 1 package of brown rice vermacelli and cook it according to package directions. Take 1 to 2 heads of fresh broccoli and cut it in small pices or you can use 1/2 bag of frozen. Heat up the wok and add 1 oz of either corn, canola, vegetable or peanut oil. Add 1 drop of sesame oil on high heat. Chop 4 green onions, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger in to tiny pieces and add to the wok to stir fry.
Add 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 1 pinch of msg, 1 pinch of pink salt, either 3 dashes of black Chinese vinegar, rice vinegar or lychee vinegar. Add either 1 dab of shrimp paste or crab paste, fish sauce or oyster sauce, Tamari, soy sauce, dark soy sauce or panzu. For an example you can add something like this and it is according to your taste perference depending on what you may perfer. Like you would choose one from this very list like if you want to use the black vinegar, panzu and crab paste. This is only for example.
Now toss the broccoli in the wok to stir fry and see if the brown rice vermacelli is ready to be drained. At this point it should be then it is time to drain it in to a colander. Give it a rinse and place it back in to the pot. Cook the broccoli until it is slightly crunchy and add this to the noodles in the pot. Next put some more oil and add a little more garlic and the squid should be patted dry and there is no moisture remaining before you do add it to the hot wok. Garlic is squid’s best friend and makes it taste awesome. Cook this for a very short time or it won’t taste so good. After 2 minutes which is tops then add to the broccoli and vermacelli. From here you are done. There is nothing more to do with this dish and it is yummy.
