Greek Beef With Orzo

Ok here I am going to combine a couple of methods. First one on stovetop only in a wok add 1/4 cup of either olive oil, grapeseed oil or sunflower oil on high heat. To this add 1 bag of orzo which is Greek macaroni. It almost looks like rice and tastes amazing. Roast the orzo until it is roasted and starts to turn brown then shut off the heat.
In an instant pot or another type of multi functional cooker turn on sautè function for 10 minutes and let it get hot then add the same amount of oil of the excact type you was using to brown the orzo. After it gets hot then add either 1 onion or shallot or you can add a leak instead. Add 3 cloves of garlic, grind in mortar and pestle 1 pinch each of celery seeds, peppercorns, 1 broken piece of cinnamon stick, 4 allspice berries, a small piece of lemon rind, this has to be ground coarsley and add this to the onion mixture. For carnivoures and omivoures add either 1 lb or 1 kg of beef, veal, chicken, lamb or you can add 1 lb or 1 kg of mince of goat, lamb, chicken, turkey, veal or beef. Please make sure you wash off your meat and that goes for ground meat too if using before you even place it in the cooker.
For vegans and vegetarians, do not think I am leaving you out you can add 1 bag of veggie crumbles by either Boka, Morningstar Farm, Beyond meat or 1/2 cup of veggie crumbles by Auguson Farms. This is in a can and follow the instructions on how to use this product. You can find this on Amazon or Walmart. Add 1 pinch each of marjarom, basil, oregano, thyme, rosmary, meat tenderizer, parsley, 1 bay leaf, stir and add 1 pinch of turbidano sugar, either 3 pinches of vegtea seasoning or 3 dashes of seasoned salt. The meat tenderizer is only if you are going to use meat and for meat substitute it is not nesscesary.
Add 1 capful of lemon juice, 3 dashes of either balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar, the roasted orzo, 1 large can of tomatoes, stir then add 4 cups of water, 3 large carrots peeled, washed and cut in to chunks, select slow cook on the cooker and place 1 sheet of aluminum foil over the cooker so you do not have to dump the water out of the condensation collector so often and place a lid over that. Make sure the slow cook setting is on low for this and not high and set it for 4 hours. You may have to stir every so often while it is cooking. Fellow diabetics please be careful on how much of this you are eating. The orzo will raise glucose levels. I suggest if your blood sugar levels is between 85 to 80 to keep the sugar levels from taking a nose dive that you can safely eat 3 servingspoonfuls of this dish.
This is something I will indulge in myself if my levels where that low. If your blood sugar levels are a little high then you can go ahead and not make this dish on those days so it is to our discresion with these types of problems.
