Pico De Gallo

If you want to know why my pico de gallo looks pink instead of red it is because I roughly chopped 1 frozen tomato then added it to my mini processor. I then added 1 green chili which I have frozen too and it can be either jalapeno, seranos or finger hot chilies, 1 onion or shallot and then add 1 pinch of either kosher salt, sea salt or pink salt, 1 pinch of cilantro which I have also frozen and 1 tsp of lime juice.
Pulse until it comes to this consistancy also you can use fresh. I ended up freezing my tomatoes, chilies and herbs because it tends to go bad in my refridgerator. Mr. Riaz thinks it is tomato chutney but pico de gallo I told him uses onions instead of garlic and honestly he flipped he loves these so much. So for people who are following me in Mexico or are apart of the Mexican community elsewhere, please tell me what you think?….
This is great to use on my next new post which are tostadas. They can be used on tocos. buritos and even as a dip for tortillia chips. Oh do not forget to enjoy it with aguas frescas like the jamaica meaning habiscus or horchata.
