Lamb And Green Beans

Even though this archive picture on this post suggests it is a stovetop method. I want to change the method on this for slow cook in an instant pot which makes it taste also super yummy.
Make Baharat Or Bokharat Seasoning just before you start cooking this dish and set this aside and also if you do not have Preserved Lemons on the ready then you can make this 3 days in advance before you start making this dish. Wash and cut 1/2 lb fresh green beans in to four segments and set this aside. If you do not have this on the ready then you can use 1 bag of green beans in its place.
Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 3 tbs of butter ghee to the instant pot. Add the bokharat seasoning and 1 piece of preserved lemon. Add either 1 pinch of pink salt, sea salt, kosher salt, vegtea seasoning, seasoned salt or bullion powder. You can also skip that and just add 1 bullion cube, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma.
Add 1 onion or shallot cut in to half moon slices, 4 cloves of garlic minced, 1 lb or 1 kg of lamb, add either the fresh green beans you have prepped or 1 frozen bag of green beans. Cover with aluminum foil and place glass lid on top of instant pot.
Oh I just seen there is a second recipe for this dish too on my rough draft on my notes so I can put this here too.
Grind in mortar and pestle 1 pinch each of peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, 4 allspice berries, 2 cloves, 2 kabab chini, this gets ground in to a coarse powder. Just like the first version add the 1/4 cup of either grapeseed oil or olive oil and along with the lamb and green beans to the instant pot.
Stir and add 1 onion or shallot, 3 cloves of garlic minced, 1 tomato chopped, 1 pinch each of sumac, turmeric powder, paprika, red chili powder. Just like the first version you will need to add 1 pinch of either sea salt, pink salt, kosher salt or 1 bullion cube, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 3 dashes of worcestershire sauce, 3 dashes of balsamic vinegar unlike first recipe.
Turn on slow cook for 4 hours. Serve with either couscous, millet or sorghum. Make sure the couscous, millet or sorghum is made according to packge directions. This is for both versions.
