Canned Fish Salad With Olives And Capers Etcetera

I have been going through a whole lot as you can tell. I have written off my oldest daughter for good because I can not stand nor will I take her shitty behavior with me. I am not a stranger to writing people off and even my own family members are not spared from my wrath.
What is more troubling that a 6 year old kid has gotten viciously stabbed by his landlord. I pray that schmuck or should I even say putz is an understatement to how I am feeling. This moron is worse then an animal. The hatred here is totally unreal and I really hate it. I pray for this young fella’s family for their healing. Which is horrible this vicious inhuman stabbed this little boy’s mom too.
There is no foul word I can describe for this pos. I pray he has the worst punishment. I have no respect for people like that and I pray he gets what is coming to him Inshallah. Also Netanyahu and Modi are also terrible They are genocidal idiots. Netanyahu started this war and the Palestinians have been under occupation for a very long time and so has Kashmir. My opinion is they both should be free and Netanyahu and Modi brought up on charges for genocide and crimes against humanity.
I had to say this to get this off my chest because I am really and deeply upset. I have grandchildren for crying out loud and this little guy is the age of one of my grandchildren. However for this fish salad you can use 1 can of any type of canned fish. It can be in tomato sauce, brine or even in oil.
Tuna, salmon, sardines, sprats, mackerel, crabmeat, small shrimp, oysters or clams that are drained can be used. Just drain this in to a bowl and this can be used in a recipe later. Chop 1 onion or shallot and mix it with the canned fish of choice. Add 3 shakes of Goya seasonador, adobo. seasoned salt, instead you can add 1 pinch of either pink salt, sea salt, kosher salt or vegtea seasoning.
Mix this up and add 3 tbs of mustard unless it is in tomato sauce. If using any fish that has tomato sauce in it please skip the mustard. Add 3 tsps of mayonnaise. Add 1 pinch of peppercorns to a mortar and pestle and grind then add to the fish which is optional. Add 4 olives of any type or add 1 tbs of muffeletta which is an Italian olive condiment. Add either 1 pepperonchini, 1 or 2 sport peppers and a little of their juice or 1 tsp of giardiniera, 3 tsps of capers and a little of their juice.
You can add mixed Italian herb by combining 1 pinch each of parsley, oregano, basil, marjarom, thyme and rosemary. You can also add a single type of herb such as chervil, savory or loveage. Mrs. dash can also be used in its place too.
There are variations to this dish also. You can mix the 1 can of quail eggs in with the fish salad or make just an egg salad just by using the quail eggs or sub for 1 can of zabhiha halal lunch meat. When I make these Inshallah I am going to put this in an offset above so you see what it looks like. Also you can add a little bit of cheese of any type if you are using the zabiha halal lunchmeat.
Serve this with any type of grain of choice and add the brine or tomato sauce that you drained from whatever type of fish you are using. It can be fareekh, bulgar, couscous, steal cut oats, fonio, quinoa, spelt, rye kernals, teff grain, sorghum, millet or even buckwheat groats. You can also eat this in pocket pita or chapati as a wrap too. Polenta is also another option.
