Sugar Free Creme Brulee

Hey guys and gals, I want to inform you before I did this post that I shopped online on Walmart’s site to buy a mini torch just for the purpose of that I wanted to make this gorgeous yet decatant desert. However I have a really easy way of making a custard which is absolutely fool proof.

Homemade Vanilla or Chocolate Custard Etc. is what you want to make first. Like I said before it is totally fool proof. However only tapioca will not work well for this recipe at all. You can use this for other custard varients like chocolate and banana. Please follow the instructions for the custard on the link on the upper left of this paragraph.

Let the custard cool after putting them in to ramekins and sprinkle 1/2 tsp of either monk fruit or turbindano sugar on the chilled custard. Take your cooking torch and brown the top of the custard either sprinkled with either monk fruit or turbidano sugar until it browns and forms a crust. Serve this to your significant other or other people in your family and or close friends and they will be amazed. Enjoy this desert and cheers.

The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.

    1. actually I got my small torch from walmart online it is a small butane ligher which is easy to use they got it marketed as a cigar lighter for some reason and you have to buy cans of butane fuel to refill it also there are lighters the ones that can be used to relight a pilot light in the kitchen and family dollar if there is one by you or you can try any other dollar store or even walgreens i hope this helps
