Homemade Ranch Dressing

Heys this is my take on this recipe. I have Hooshier Hill Farm products I have bought from Amazon. They are 3 tbs each of powdered yogurt or sour cream which I have both and I also have powdered buttermilk too. This is option one.

If you want to add fresh ingredients instead of powdered then this is ok too. Add 1/4 of buttermilk, 3 tbs of either sour cream or plain desi yogurt which is option two.

This can be placed in a jar that comes with the immersion blenders. Place 1 pinch each of either pink salt, kosher salt or sea salt and equal amounts of parsley, dill weed, chives, paprika and peppercorns that has been ground in mortar and pestle.

Add 1 clove of garlic, 5 tbs of mayonnaise, 1 drop of hot sauce or 1 pinch of red chili powder, 3 dashes of worcestershire sauce, 3 tbs of white vinegar and mix. Add a touch of either olive oil, hemp oil, walnut oil, flaxseed oil or macadamia nut oil and mix one final time. Using the white vinegar is for both methods and don’t worry the powder will blend nicely in the vinegar when it is added. Stir with either a small teaspoon or a rubber spatula before blending it.

The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.
