First of all we can not have bbq ribs without barbecue sauce. I was going to add bbq chicken and turkey to this post too but no they need to be cooked at a different temperature and at different times so that is why I am going to do them separate instead of together so there won’t be any type of confusion.
Now it is time for making bbq ribs. Since it is getting cooler I decided to turn the oven on to 400F or 200C. I am going to do a dry rub recipe in the future Inshallah. I sprayed the small roasting pan with cooking spray and added 1 lb or kg of veal ribs. Goat, beef or lamb can be used too.
Since a lot of the seasoning is used in the sauce it isn’t necessary to put any more spices on it. I added 1 pinch of black pepper corns and crushed them then added it to my ribs with 3 dashes of seasoned salt or 3 pinches of vegtea seasoning.
I covered the roasting pan and stuck it in the oven for 30 minute intervals until it was completely cooked and the meat was nice and tender and falling off the bone. I also added 1/2 cup of water. The total time approximately is 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on how many ribs you are making.
Keep turning the meat in between time by using a meat fork. Now it is time to add my special sauce which is added at this time. Make sure the meat is covered with this yummy sauce and cook for another 15 minutes.
