Oh my God!!!! I was starving and again made a goof but caught it in time. I wanted to make some noodles to go with my green bean almondine dish. Mr. Riaz wanted some naan to go with his so I made some.
Here is my sesame oil noodles recipe. You can use any type of noodle flavor packet including the seasoning packet that came with in the noodles. They are Shan, Knorr, Chings, Indomie, Maggi, etc.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the seasoning packets, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 1 drop each of sesame oil, bead molasses, either 1 drop of dark soy sauce, soy sauce, tamari or panzu sauce, stir and add either 1 drop of oyster sauce or fish sauce or 1 dab of either shrimp paste or crab paste.
The rest is purely optional and not necessary. You can add 1 small piece of ginger that has been washed peeled and julienned, 3 green onions chopped, 1 egg, 1 can of fish your choice or my green bean almondine recipe on top.
Of all honesty I was skeptical about how it would taste but it turned out to taste very good. Anyway enjoy. I also want to add that these ingredients can be found in any store carrying Asian items.
