Actually my tummy was bugging me a day before I made this yakhni. The next day I was feeling a lot better.
I decided to turn a leftover in to another dish again. I heated up my yakhni
If you don’t have any leftover then follow the directions in the link above.
This is so simple that there are not that many ingredients. Open a package of plain Chinese noodles of any type and cook it in the yakhni until it is tender.
The optionals are either add 2 Thai chilies chopped or 1 tbs of sriracha.
These can be bought at any Asian store and the yakhni at any Indian and Pakistahni grocery stores.
