Actually this is an amazing recipe and very quick. You do this with leftover Injera only or you can make fresh Quick Injera. Look at this link for details and make Niter Kibbeh by following this link also and take 2 pinches of kalounji by toasting them in a either a hot wok or cast iron skillet until it is fragrent then shut off the heat. Grind these in a mortar and pestle in to a coarse poweder. Add 1 pinch of pink salt to this and sprinkle this on the injera that has been torn in to tiny pieces. This requires 1 or 2 injeras for fit fit of any kind. You have to tear the pieces of injera up first and then mix it with the niter kibbeh which is the spicy butter. It is for single use serving only so tere is nothing to worry about. Add this on top of another piece of injera that is whole and you can have this with other types of Ethiopian dishes as well. The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.
