Canned Fish Stir Fry

Actually this is something a long time ago that I wanted to do with a can of canned fish for a very long time. This is an old photograph that I took of something that I made a very long time ago and I really want to tell a story about this because it deserves to be told like many other posts that I actually have on draft because of these similar stories. Everyone wants a recipe so I am giving it to you because it is unfair to keep y’all in limbo.
You will need 1 can of either tuna or sardines in large cans only either in oil brine or tomato sauce. This really doesn’t matter and also 1 can of either salmon or mackerel too can also be used. Open and do not drain and these are kept to the side for now. The wok first must be on high heat on the stove.This is a very quick dinner if you are pressed for time and you will need 4 green onions, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger chopped. Add 1 oz of either peanut oil or vegetable oil, 1 drop each of sesame oil and chili oil. Stir and now add the can of fish you are using. Add 3 dashes of either panzu, tamari, soy sauce, or dark soy sauce. Stir and add 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 1 pinch each of bullion powder and msg. Stir and add 1 drop either rice vinegar or black Chinese vinegar. Stir again and add 1 drop of rice syrup. Keep stirring until this becomes semi dry and shut the heat off.
Enjoy this with rice or even with noodles. You can also enjoy this with oolong tea and with chapati in a wrap similar to mu shoo.
