Coconut Chutney

Actually one day I made idli and I had some with this delicious chutney. I love coconut a lot. Mr, Riaz told me coconut is very hot. It means that it is not cooling to the body even though the coconut water is very refreshing to the body. This is perfect for even handvo, vada and dosas too.

Ok what you need to do is add 1/4 cup of frozen unsweetened coconut to the mini processor. Add 1 garlic clove and 1 green chili and pulse it until it becomes a uniformed mass. On high heat add 5 tbs of coconut oil and let it get hot. Add 1 pinch each of mash ki dal and black urad ki dal and let them brown. Add 2 curry leaves , 1 pinch each of hing, pink salt. mustard seeds and while you are at it let them crackle.

Add the unfinished coconut chutney from in the mini processor in to the masala mixture in to the hot wok. Stir and mix well then turn heat off and let cool and take and put inside of a bowl that has a lid on it and place it in the refridgerator for a couple of hours to chill. Enjoy with what I mentioned above.

The list goes on etc. and of course I love latamore and luther vandros, the beatles, rolling stones and Yusef Islam is also one of the greatest voices and Allah blessed them all with such great talents.
