Yesterday when I went grocery shopping I learnt from a gentleman that manzano chilies are great for using at barbecues. Wherever he is I just want to say thank you because he have me an idea how I should make this sauce.
I have had these mazano chilies sitting in my freezer for a while because my chillies started going bad because my old refrigerator went bad. At first it froze everything inside to not cooling at all in the fridge part that only the freezer worked. The problem was solved when I got a new one phew.
I am in love with this chili. It has a fruity smell and taste yet it is hotter then an habanero and a scotch bonnet. As you can see too it has black seeds. I took this picture with my smartphone with the finished product so you can get the idea.
you need 3 ingredients and bam you are done, presto.
I used this container that came with my immersion blender, it is a stick blender to give you a better Idea. I cut my manzanos in half and removed all of the seeds and cut them in to tiny pieces then placed them in the container followed by 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and 2 handfuls of koser salt.
This is the yield for ever 4 manzano chilies and since I had 4 this was perfect. How did do I like the finished product.
I find it very amazing and I can put it on anything I want to give it a zing to.
It is pleasantly fruity in taste and smell and at the same time has a lovely kick.
Please let me know how you like it in the comments below? Thank you.
