Jollof Spaghetti Or Pasta, Bulgur And Rice

Oh My God This is another old post that I have to rewrite tonight. Oh well here it goes. I have by now made countless jollof spagetti, pasta, bulgar, rice and quinoa dishes. My jollof gari post was like this too where an error caused me to rewite a post.
Cook 1 lb or 1 kg chicken, lamb. goat, beef, veal or even fish first. You fry the fish and it can be any type until it turns opaque and starts to flake. Fry shrimp that has been deveined in peanut oil. If cooking tougher pieces of meat then put them in a stovetop pressure cooker or instant pot on pressure cook on high for 30 minutes and reserve the stock for the bulgar and add 4 cups of water to cook the tougher parts of meat.
Add 1 bell pepper and either habenero or scotch bonnet deseeded, 2 cloves of garlic to mask the smell of the crayfish because Mr. Riaz does not like the smell,1 onion or shallot or 3 green onions, 1 small piece of ginger peeld washed chopped and added to mini processor with no water or blender with 1/4 cup of water for ease of processing.
You can also use zabiha halal hotdogs, canned fish of any type near the end, zabhiha halal corned beef, fried kidneys or livers. Just make sure you clean it very well by after removing the membrane and cortex from the middle of the kidneys by adding 1 to 2 handfuls of kosher salt to clean then rinse quite a bit and add 2 tbs of white vinegar and clean some more by rinsing in cold water 3 or 4 more times should do it.
Add 1 oz of red palm oil then the pepper sauce , 1 pinch each of black and white peppercorns with 1 bullion cube and 1 pinch of crayfish crushed, single use only Curry Powder, 2 bay leaves, grated nutmeg equal to a pinch, 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma. Add 2 cups of rice for jollof rice, the stock or water also you can leave this plain or add vegetables of choice or a combination of veg and non veg. Add 1 tsp of tomato paste for more color. Oh cook the rice and it can be any type of rice except red or black rice after it comes to a rapid boil on high then lower it to cook for 20 minutes on low heat. Brown rice may take a little bit longer like 25 minutes but be very vigilent. Let rice sit for 20 minutes after heat is turned off on a dum.
For jollof spaghetti or pasta cook according to package directions on the box and add the jollof sauce to it and remove from the heat after combining by folding it over.
Bulgar gets added to the jollof stew base and on medium low heat gets cooked until the water is absorbed so keep stirring from time to time to keep from burning.
