This noodles dish can be made with any type of noodles 🍜 as long as there is a ramen type of noodles being used. There is Ching’s, Indomie, Maggi, and Shan. Any one of these are ok.
Also you can add any type of chili or pepper sauce you like. Add 3 dashes of Maggi or Knorr aroma.
This time this is a no garlic and onion recipe. I put 2 cups of water in a small pot to boil. I added 1 Serrano chili that I had chopped. I added 1 tbs of peanut oil and added a packet of Shan masala noodles to the pot. I added the seasoning packet first then dunked my noodles and added 1 pinch of crayfish.
I added 1 pinch of ukazi leaves stirred and opened and used 1 can of Titus sardines and the oil it came in for flavor.
Enjoy!!!!!
