Barbecue Chicken

Hey folks this is an awesome dish. I wish I had the grill fired up for this too because then It would be more awesome but I had to make do using my own oven here at home because a certian member of my household does not want to fire the grill for me.
Ok I grant it he is tired and he is working but I really would love to do my thing too. It starts off as the oven preheated to 350F or 180C 1 whole chicken cut up in pieces. This gets preseasoned with 4 dashes of lemon pepper and 3 dashes of seasoned salt. In oven it is baked in a cast iron skillet for 60 minutes at 30 minute intervals. These get turned and cooked for another 30 minutes until the chicken is done.
This amount of time is also applied on a grill too if you want to do it this way. The chicken must be cooked thoroughly before you can apply Barbecue Sauce Benazir Khan Style and Sugar Free Carolina Gold Barbecue Sauce< link is on the left if you want a recipe for barbecue sauce or buy your own. My daughter loves sweet baby ray’s but I know a lot of people are open pit lovers out there too as well. I enjoy making my own because it tastes much better.
You do not want a heavily seasoned chicken before applying the sauce because the flavors will clash. I hope you will love this a lot too. P.S. here is a new sauce recipe Carolina gold. Alabama white sauce is going to be made then the link is posted here too on this post as well. Also the chicken wings can be broiled on high for 20 minutes flip and cook for 15 minutes next before applying these sauces. Place 1 sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray first before you stick it under the broiler on a broiler pan. If you do not have one then you are in luck. Check Target and Walmart.
