Banana Chutney

I tried this recipe out from an older Pakistani recipe site on which I put my own spin on it. The whole entire chutney itself is done in a mini food processor. First you will need to dry roast either 4 almonds or cashews then put it in the mini processor to blitz. Second you will need to grind in mortar and pestle 1 small piece of cinnamon, 1 clove, 1 black cardamom, 1 green cardamom and grind in to a coarse powder and add to mini processor.

Third you will need to put 1 pinch of raisins in the processor along with 1 pinch each of turbidano sugar, pink salt, red chili powder, 4 ripe or overly ripe bananas mashed, 1 oz of either white or apple cider vinegar. The fith is the last but not least is to blitz until it is a smooth consistancy. You can put it in a small bowl with a lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill and enjoy with pakoras.
