Millet Noodles, Etc.

However my mind will not be quiet right now. I am deeply upset, angry, disgusted, disturbed and I have every right to be. My oldest daughter had a baby a couple of months ago via c section and she is two months old. She had her 4th damned c section and WTF gives when the norm is three c sections before the doctors say that is it time to get fixed.

This vile evil creature my oldest daughter has become came to my house with her kids all wet and sandy from their Labor Day swim over a week ago. She shows up at my house unannounced. Ok do not get me wrong I loved seeing my grandchildren. I am not too happy seeing my oldest daughter because of the lack of trust I have with her and she is a narcissist to boot. She takes all of the fucking lies and half truths she had been told by my main abuser and takes it for gospel.

She thinks it is ok to fucking disrepect me and emotionally blackmail me. She uses her kids as a weapon to get at me and she brought them to me to soften me up and I am tired of her damned bullshit. I am more then tired of her taking off where that fucking bitch took off at. I mean that whore that busted up my parents was also my main abuser.

She goes and she talks to other people by trashing her little sister and me. She is jealous of me of what I now have and I am sick of her. Also she does not have her kids in school at all and they should have been there and I told her she will be lucky if a truant officer doesn’t come to her door. I am worried about my grandchildren. I also told her that now days you need a collage degree now days to flip a burger at your local burger joint let alone to be a street sweeper but she doesn’t get it.

What is killing me is Mr. Riaz is going through this with me and my grandchildren are deeply attached to him especially my grandson who is the only boy in the family asks where is Grandpa and he wants to talk to his grandpa. He doesn’t even say hi Grandma. I am not upset about that and I am glad he loves his grandpa a bunch and so do the others but their mom is selfish as all hell. I do not like that she gaslit my youngest daughter at all her own sister.

When they came I was so glad to see my grandkids and I did not pick her to pieces in front of them. By the way this is not right to do at all whatsoever. I do not want to involve innocent children in our petty squabbles. Actually my oldest is hurting her kids by depriving them of their education. She did not give a damn about hers either and she talks about people being two faced when she should look in the damned mirror herself. She can’t call the pot the kettle black and this is what exactly she is doing.

I also told her I am not going to go in a damned diabetic coma for her or anyone else. She has been very problematic since after I left the hospital after my nervous breakdown after the death of Opa Jacobe. If my dad was still here and not in his grave I know he would not take too kindly about my oldest daughter’s disrespect of me. She is echoing the bullshit she learned from the home wrecking bitch that should have stayed away from my dad in the first place.

I want her to stop calling me and messaging me to forget my number and where the hell I live and she better not show up at my house or my husband’s place of business any more either since she refuses to respect me. I can’t take this shit anymore and I will not take it and if my oldest daughter reads this then she can go to fucking hell and I really don’t give a mother fucking damn about people including her that disrepects me on the grand scale.

That taudry ass bitch my dad survived the very same one who wrecked my family was trying to destroy me from day one brainwashed my oldest daughter and turned her against me. My oldest daughter acts and talks just like her and those bitches I seen at my dad’s deathbed. She doesn’t give a damn about triggering me. Enough said for now because I am going to save the rest for my therapist tomorrow.

Now what you will need are a box of millet noodles. I found these when went to get my met from the zabiha halal meat store I go to buy my meat. I bought 2 boxes. Make this according to package directions. After boiling the noodles until they are al dente, drain and rinse with cold water and mix with seasoning packet that came with them.

The ones that does not come with any seasoning packets in them can also be used such a Hakka noodles, rice noodles, brown rice vermacelli, cellophane noodles also called glass noodles, soba or udon noodles too. These also get made according to package directions. Do not forget to drain and rinse with cold water.

After these plain noodles without the seasoning packets are cooked, rinsed and drained then you can add 1 bullion cube or 3 pinches of bullion powder and it would be just as good as using noodles that came with seasoning packets in them. These are done in a bowl with both types. so it is either or on this recipe.

In a hot wok add 1 oz of either corn, canola, vegetable, peanut, sunflower, safflower or avocado oil. To this add tsps of either hazelnut, macadamia nut, coconut, flaxseed, milk thistle, walnut, hemp, sesame, almond or pumpkin oil.

Take a beaker that comes with your immersion blender and add 3 tbs of either whole powdered eggs or powdered egg white with 1/4 cup of water and blend until smooth. Cook this in a hot wok with the type of oils you are using or add 2 fresh eggs and cook until they are well cooked and place them on a plate and set this aside. Add the same type of oils you used to fry your eggs such as for an example peanut with sesame oil.

Add 1 small piece of fresh turmeric ground in mortar and pestle or 1 pinch of turmeric powder also for noodles that does not have a seasoning packet included. For everything else add 1 dab of crab paste, shrimp paste, or oyster sauce. Also you can use 1 capful of fish sauce instead. Add 3 dashes of maggi or knorr aroma, 3 dashes of either dark soy sauce, soy sauce, tamari, panzu, Braggs liquid aminos or Braggs coconut aminos.

Add 1/2 bag of frozen vegetables of choice, 1 container of either fresh or frozen mushrooms sliced. Any type of mushrooms is ok. Add 3 green onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 small piece of ginger minced. Add protien of choice. I added 1 can of zabiha halal lunch meat I had cut in to tiny pieces. I sliced it with a knife and then cut these in to tiny strips.

You can also use 1 package of zabiha halal hotlinks, smoked sausages, hotdogs or beef or turkey bacon cut in to tiny pieces too. Be sure you fry these before adding the vegetables and the noodles. Also you can use 1 can of fish of any type in place of the others I suggested. They are sardines, mackerel, salmon, sprats, crab meat, small shrimps or even tuna. You can even use the ones in tomato sauce.

Add the noodles that has been cooked and set aside earlier that has been seasoned with either the flavor packet it came with or bullion for the others and toss it in there with these yummy goodies in the wok. Add 1 capful of either Chinese black vinegar, lychee vinegar or rice vinegar. You can find these in H mart.

Add the fried egg back to the wok and blend it with the noodles by folding the eggs in with the noodles. Serve them up on a plate and enjoy with jullienned raw daikon radish, cucumber and carrots if this is your thing. You can garnish also with roasted nuts like cashew or peanuts or sesame or sunflower seeds which get dry roasted. Drizzle a little hoisin sauce and or shriacha either with or without soy sauce, tamari or panzu. Do not add too much because the noodles may become way too salty.

Enjoy this with either macha green tea or oolong tea.
