Hey my peeps I want to inform you of this post too and it starts like this, You will need at least either 10 jalepenos, banana peppers, cubanelle peppers pablano peppers all with their stems on and cut them on the top with a pairing knife and remove the seeds and the veins of the chilies carefully and set them aside. You may also want to do mini sweet peppers or even bell pepper strips too.

Now in a small bowl that would hold ceral, add 1/2 cup of besan which is chickpea flour, 1 pinch each of pink salt, red chili powerder, turmeric and ajwan. Add 1/4 cup of water to the besan mixture a little at a time until it becomes a semi thick batter. Add either 1/4 cup of corn, canola, vegetable oil or peanut oil and let it get hot on high heat. Add 1 drop of either coconut oil or mustard oil to this. Take your chili with a pair of tongs and dip them in to the besan batter and then place it in the hot oil carefully. Let the peppers brown and cook inside and remove to a platter lined with paper towel. Serve these with your chutney of choice with chai at tea time.
